Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- For major metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata — delivery may happen within 2–3 days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to high-demand periods, festivals, remote locations, or unavoidable logistics delays.

Undeliverable Pin Codes
If your location becomes unserviceable after your order is placed:
- We will cancel the order
- A full refund will be issued for prepaid payments within 48 hours
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
- Shipping fee may apply to smaller orders (₹499 & below)
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional convenience fee (if enabled)
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
